Aerated Beverage Soda Drink Filling Machine DetailPurpose: To ensure that the bottles are clean before filling to avoid the influence of impurities on the quality of beverages.
Bottle entry: Bottles usually enter the production line through the air duct under the action of wind, and then are sent to the cleaning area by the bottle separator.
Cleaning process: Cleaning is usually carried out using a special bottle washer. The bottle washing clamp clamps the bottleneck and turns it along the guide rail of the bottle washing machine to rinse the inside of the bottle. During this process, the bottle will be sprayed and turned over many times to ensure that it is thoroughly rinsed.
Draining and inspection: The rinsed and drained bottles will enter the filling process through subsequent equipment. During the cleaning process, it may also include a testing process to ensure that the bottle meets the cleaning standards.
Purpose: To accurately and quickly fill the mixed carbonated beverage into clean bottles.
Process:
Bottle positioning: The cleaned bottles are sent to the filling machine, and the bottle neck is clamped by the lifting cylinder bottle block and lifted to the centering device.
Filling operation: The bottle is lifted to the bottom of the filling valve and tightened, and then the filling valve is automatically opened for filling. During the filling process, the carbonated aerated beverage filling machine accurately controls the filling volume to ensure that the capacity of each bottle of beverage is consistent.
Transport to the next link: After filling, the bottle will be transferred to the next link (such as the capping machine) via the conveyor belt.
Purpose: To seal the filled beverage bottles with caps to prevent the beverage from leaking and spoiling.
Process:
Cap sorting and conveying: The caps sorted by the cap sorter are sent to the capping machine.
Capping operation: The capping clamping plate clamps the bottleneck for capping operation. During the capping process, the capping machine automatically adjusts the position and direction of the cap to ensure that the cap can be tightly screwed on the bottle mouth.
Detection and output: After the capping is completed, the bottle cap will be inspected to ensure that it is well sealed. Subsequently, the filled and capped beverage bottles will be conveyed to the subsequent links (such as packaging machines) through the conveyor belt.
