Mineral Water Filling Bottling Line

A mineral water filling bottling line is an automated system specifically designed to efficiently clean, fill, cap and package mineral water into bottles. The Process of Water Filling Line:

1. Pre-Treatment: The mineral water undergoes rigorous filtration and purification processes to remove impurities and ensure it meets safety standards. This may involve stages like reverse osmosis, deionization and ultraviolet light treatment.

2. Bottle Handling: Blowing (for PET bottles): If PET (polyethylene terephthalate) plastic bottles are being produced on-site, a separate machine heats and molds PET pellets into preforms, which are then blown into the final bottle shapes.
Unloading (for pre-made bottles): Pre-made bottles are unloaded from containers and fed onto a conveyor belt that carries them throughout the filling line.

3. Rinsing: Machines thoroughly rinse the bottles with sterilized water or pressurized air to eliminate any contaminants that may have entered during manufacturing or transportation.

4. Filling: Treated mineral water is meticulously filled into the bottles using specialized filling valves. These valves ensure accurate filling levels and minimize product waste. Different filling technologies like volumetric filling or gravimetric filling may be used depending on the line.

5. Capping: The bottles are capped with sterilized caps, which are precisely sealed to prevent leaks and contamination. Some capping systems incorporate tamper-evident features for additional security.

6. Labeling and Inspection: Labels are applied to the bottles, and quality control checks are performed using visual inspection systems or other technologies to identify and reject any defective bottles.

7. Packing and Palletizing: Filled and labeled bottles are grouped together, packed into containers, and loaded onto pallets for transport and distribution.
