The working process of the pure water filling machine is roughly as follows:
Bottle conveying: The bottle is conveyed to the filling area of the filling machine through the conveying mechanism.
Pre-rinsing: Before filling, the bottle is pre-rinsed to ensure that it is clean inside and reduce the contamination of the water after filling.
Filling: After the bottle is thrown straight, the nozzle starts to work and sprays water into the container. The filling volume can be controlled according to the preset value.
Standing: After filling, the bottle stays in the filling area for a period of time to reduce water fluctuations or the generation of bubbles.
Capping: The bottle is then conveyed to the capping machine for capping.
Finished product output: The capped finished bottle is transferred from the capping machine to the bottle conveyor chain through the bottle discharge wheel. And then conveyed out of the filling machine by the conveyor chain.
